If you are an HCA member and have paid your annual dues, you are able to post for free in the Classifieds section of the Newsletter each month by filling out this quick form.  There are a few guidelines for posting in the Classifieds section:

• Pertain to sale of used items by individuals (not commercial)
• Offer service provided by an individual (not commercial)
• Offer free merchandise or services
• Announce meetings or community memberships
• Be a help-wanted or property wanted, or
• Advertise the sale or rental of property in Hayfield

If you are a non-member, but wish to contribute to the Classifieds section, you can email your blurb to hayfieldfarm@gmail.com.  Fee for non-members is 10 cents per word.

If you are representing a company and want to place a Commercial Ad, please contact our Ad Manager, Stephanie Garrison.  The newsletter runs from September – June, and fees are paid monthly.  Since we export to PDF, electronic versions of ads are preferred, as these look the best in print and in email.
