The repair of our three 40+ year old Hayfield Farm Entrance signs is pending General Membership approval at this month’s General Membership meeting on April 18, 2018. This repair, once authorized, is expected to take several days from start to finish at an estimated cost of between $3,850 and $5000. This 11-page project plan includes detailed information. The repairs include tree removal, power washing, brick replacement, re-mortaring and capping with flagstone. Capping will protect the signs from future weather damage.
The HCA Board unanimously recommends approval of this project. Please attend the April 18 meeting (7:30pm at Hayfield Elementary School) to discuss this project and to vote on it.
