Get Connected with your Neighbors!
There are many ways to connect with your neighbors through various websites, distributions, and social media. Here is a list to get you started:
- Hayfield Farm Newsletter – The Official newsletter for Hayfield Farm, distributed from September – June
- Hayfield Farm Directory – Delivered to your door once a year, contact us if you want your information to be included (must be a Hayfield Citizens Association member)
- Hayfield Farm Email Distribution – Our method to send out community emails in between newsletter delivery, fill out linked form to add yourself to the distribution list
- Hayfield Next Door – Not managed by Hayfield Farm, but a community board that allows you to ask questions and seek information from your neighbors
Get Help

- AlcoholHelp.com – An organization that provides reliable and extensive information regarding alcohol.
